Tipler’s Tidy Tipple…

The packing’s going well, but we needed a little helping hand to boost morale and motivation, so I created this…

 

OK, so here it is, fresh from the kitchen, 5 mins from start to glass…I give you ‘Tipler’s Tidy Tipple’…

 

You’ll need (serves two):

1 Pineapple

1 Lemon

1 Orange

1 Lime

Splash of water

2 shots of Navy Rum

2 shots of Amaretto

 

Method:
Prepare the pineapple by removing the skin and zuzzing well with a zuzzer (one of those handheld blender things in case you were wondering). Add a little water to help the zuzz and then sieve into a clean bowl.

Squeeze the lemon, orange and half the lime and add to this mixture.

Add the rum and amaretto and zuzz further until frothy.

Pour over LOADS of ice and add a couple of slices of lime.
